West End Attracts Strong Rentals

Convenience is king in Brisbane’s rental market, and Riverside West End’s central location means it is out performing many other city suburbs.

The latest test for connectivity is Google Walk Score, which calculates how accessible a neighbourhood is by assessing its proximity to transport, education, retail and lifestyle amenities. West End received a rank of 88 out of 100, meaning it is deemed a ‘highly walkable’ precinct.

Riverside West End is positioned within easy reach of Davies Park and Boundary Street Markets, and is just a short walk from multiple bus and ferry terminals which connect to the South Bank arts and entertainment precinct, schools, Brisbane CBD, universities and hospitals.

The community also fronts the expansive Riverside Drive Parklands - featuring kilometres of pedestrian and cycling pathways along the Brisbane River. These public parklands are in addition to the 5,500sqm of private landscaped gardens, resort-style pool, 25 metre lap pool, water pavilions, and private function room within the Gardens development.
